È un ristorante fusion, il proprietario mi ha detto di aver acquistato esperienza lavorando in cucine di hotel 5 stelle insieme a cuochi internazionali. Ho iniziato con un carpaccio di tonno con un filo di olio di oliva, fettine sottili di cetriolini e prezzemolo. Sublime.
Il proprietario mi ha portato del pane col carpaccio... Incredibile! Volevo alzarmi e abbracciarlo! Nessuno mi aveva mai portato del pane a tavola in Thailandia...! Ovvio è che in Thai non si mangia normalmente pane a pranzo o a cena ma sono arrivati a capire che col carpaccio all'italiana il pane si porta.
Come primo piatto Riso fritto al maiale. Poteva essere un filo meno unto nonostante sia, già di suo, un piatto grasso, ma davvero delizioso e la porzione abbondante.
Di secondo filetto di branzino con crocchette di patate e verdure al vapore. Ottimo.
2 bicchieri di vino bianco australiano tutto sommato niente male. Per acqua gasata mi sono dovuto accontentare di un'acqua soda comunque poco costosa.
Servizio curato decisamente sopra la media.
Per dolce una creme brulé bruciata al momento sotto i miei occhi. Caffé espresso che definirei più che decente, Sambuca già servita con 3 mosche senza chiederlo. (Mille punti in più solo per questo!)
Spesa: 26 euro
Non è poco qui ma ho mangiato tanto, bene e con servizio eccellente.
Se passate per Chiang Mai andateci, non ve ne pentirete.

Obvious is that in Thai do not eat normally bread for lunch or dinner but have come to realize that with Italian carpaccio bread door.As a first course the pork fried rice.
