di avere con il richiedente legami di relazione sentimentale;

di sapere con certezza che il richiedente nel proprio paese di origine svolge la seguente attività lavorativa: dipendente presso BSW Engineer Co. Ltd.;

di possedere le disponibilità economiche ed abitative per poter ospitare il richiedente.

Il sottoscritto, in caso di esito positivo della richiesta di visto presentata dalla cittadina straniera, provvederà a

fornirle alloggio presso la propria abitazione sita in via Villaggio Ferrari n° 11 25124 Brescia;

sostenere eventuali oneri derivanti dal ricorso all’assistenza medico-sanitaria da parte della cittadina straniera, laddove questa non abbia una propria copertura ( polizza assicurativa ovvero convenzione bilaterale fra Italia e Paese d’origine );
