ho passato l’ordine del formato addizionale in Uff. Tecnico e mi hanno confermato che le parti non saranno pronte prima della prima/seconda settimana di Dicembre.

Le parti devono essere disegnate e poi ordinate con un tempo di consegna minimo da parte del fornitore di 3/4 settimane.

Per quanto riguarda la spedizione, dobbiamo comunque spedirle via corriere perché devono essere soggette a dogana e pagamento relativi dazi. Il costo della spedizione (che sarà via DHL) sarà addebitato in fattura, pertanto quando il cliente pagherà il 10% del saldo della macchina, dovrà pagare addizionali € 3.680,00 + spese di spedizione (che troverà quantificate nella fattura delle parti per cambio formato.)

Per cortesia avvisa il cliente e confermaci se intende posticipare l’installazione (attenzione che siamo vicini al periodo di Natale pertanto le settimane 52/53 2015 e 1/2016 sono da considerarsi parzialmente) oppure vuole confermare l’installazione per metà/fine Novembre. In quest’ultimo caso abbiamo bisogno di sapere quando la nave è prevista in arrivo.
