Disabilitare l'antivirus e dopo l'installazione mettere la cartella The Sims 4 e tutto il suo contenuto nelle eccezioni dell'antivirus.

Aprire la cartella "The Sims 4" quindi eseguire come amministratore il file Setup.exe per installare il gioco, e al termine installare DirectX, Origin, etc...

Fatto questo aprire la cartella "Update" e installare come amministratore anche quest'ultimo.

Ora create un account Origin e tenetelo avviato per poter giocare.
